Wrultizers FC’s Manager Adam Doull was delighted to announce live on sky sports last night that the club are deep in negotiations Delting FC regarding the use of the Brae pitch. Negotiations had broken down the previous year with the club pulling out as they felt the pitch could not cope with the rigours of four senior teams playing on it. This season with the collapse of Mossbank FC the biggest hurdle has been removed.
Manager Doull said “Baroc’s Revolution had been well and truly quashed in a stunning 4-1 semi final victory in their only competitive match in Brae earlier in the season and that hopefully more performances like that would be seen, hopefully we can create a fortress on a par with Old Trafford, Anfield, the San Siro and the Cauldron in Aith.
The money men have calculated it will cost the club anywhere between £250 - £350 more a season in fees than the club are currently paying however the fundraising wheels are already rolling to finance the deal with a lucrative sponsorship deal for the naming of the stadium being offered to interested parties.
