Danny Carter first joined the club before the 2006 Season. Carter had previously spent most of his career on the wing but was pushed up front for the Tizers to fill the void left by the departures of Stevie Barnes and Stephen Glaister. Carter took to the role like a duck to water and finished the season as the Tizers top scorer. Carter opened the scoring in the Tizers first ever cup final but unfortunately injury forced him from the pitch as the Tizers were pegged back to lose the match 2-1. Carter missed the end of the season due to a European trip on which there were rumours he was tapped up by Delting. Carter left for Delting upon his return and despite scoring regular goals for the A's and B's early on injuries ruined the 2nd half of his season. However during Carters time as a Delt he was seen at numerous Wrultizer matches and was a fully paid up member of the Ultra?s supporters group. At the seasons end Carter could take it no longer and made a come and get me plea to his former club who responded with their record transfer fee. Carter was straight back to his old ways toping the goalscoring charts for the 2008 season breaking the Wrultizers goalscoring record for number scored in a season. Carter finished the 2009 season again as the top scorer and broke the all time scorers record with his goal in the cup final the Tizers lost against Burra.
Unfortunately Carters legacy has been sullied by an acrimoniuos departure weeks before the start of the 2010 season. Carter had confirmed his intention to play but with the Tizers struggling for numbers Carter first agreed to sign for mossbank before signing once more for the B's. Amazingly considering his history with the club Carter failed to inform the club of his desicion and let his manager find out through the local media.
